Odd request: Can someone Purchase this horse for me and then sell it to me?

Can someone please purchase this horse for me from Aztec and then sell it to me please. Apparently I can't because we are associates (Even though we have never met). I don't know if this is against the rules for some reason but I don't see why it would be a problem.
I really want this horse and am happy to purchase it for 20k.
