Welcome! Have you found the links at the bottom of the left menu bar--the FAQ and Breeding Info will be most helpful to a new player. After reading those, please feel free to ask any specific questions that you have. We're always glad to help out new players.

This game is not set up as a competition. Every player sets personal own goals and works to achieve them. You will make more money by having a lot of neutered horses and by showing them and all your intact horses as well regularly. Except for the last horse in a class, all horses are awarded points based on where they place and how many horses are in the class. Every night at midnight, you will receive a daily showing bonus that is equal to 3/4 of all the points your horses are carrying.

Breeding horses for sale is not a particularly good goal for making money. Everyone is breeding their own foals, so, unless you've got something really, really special, they can be hard to sell.

Use the Search Horses feature to look for horses with the tattoo, Available to Adopt. This is a good way to pick up good show horses with a great start on gaining points.

For good foundation breeding horses, check out the Foundation Rescue which saves Perfect Foundations from the meat buyer. They will be the best at both breeding and showing that ordinary create horses can be, and they will have the same score each time they are shown in a week.
