Just bread my pasture and I have no idea who I should be keeping. Don't want to keep all as I have no room! If someone could help me out that would be fantastic!

First I would consistency test all of them and let it auto spay/geld. Then I would either keep the altered babies for show ponies or auction them for more money. Any Colts should be papered if possible, and then comparison tested against their sire. Any that test "about as good as" get snipped. Some of these can only be done with an upgrade, not sure if you have one of those. :)

yeah, I do not have the money to compare. I'll check consistency maybe.Owner Of Bellwether Farm

Consistency is free along either the MA and GA.----

Consistency testing has a price: each test costs 100 hbs.
Testing on a budget definitely hinders the process but I would suggest papering the colts you are interested in and that you keep colts that paper better than their sire, as kassierae mentioned. This doesn't necessarily mean they are better quality than their sire, a low B colt can be as good as a high C sire, but you get a better idea without actually comparison testing - which gets expensive really fast.
If you don't have the funds to paper your colts at the moment, I would definitely suggest papering those that were gelded to see the ratio of papering level because gelding papering is free, so why not paper them. If the colts aren't papering how you would like, you can decide to geld the whole lot of them and keep them as show horses/or auction them -- or wait until you have the funds to paper.
I almost always keep the fillies that pass free testing intact and PT score them. Then I look at their dams. After the dam has three foals, I look at the average PT score and expect a 0.3-0.5 increase in PT score compared to the dam though this is difficult to see at the second generation level.
To start out though, I would suggest keeping what you are interested in and meets your quality standards. Remember, quality standards are different for each member so you will need to find that happy spot that you like.
EDIT: I find it hardest to determine mare quality and cull fillies from my herd because sometimes the low PT score mare end up producing the best foals. This happens because a lot of numbers are hidden behind the scenes and we get to fiddle with only a few of those numbers by PT scoring, consistency testing, free testing, and papering. The surprise is part of the fun.
