When do you realistically see this? I am going through all horses because I think I have studs inferior to mares and vice versa? I dont have the money to paper everyone so is there away for me to do it by their pedigree?

For me, I want my stallions to be as follows:
Basic foundations, rank specials and perfect foundations will all be C papered, unless exceptionally perfect or boosted.

F- C papered
2g- B papered AND superior to sire(a low B will compare as good as a high C, so you what a superior son)
3g- A papered, superior to sire as well.
4g- A papered and superior to sire at minimum, you can get Star papered 4g but it is rare.
5g- Star papered. Anything less than Star should be snipped.

Now this changes if you're using exceptionally perfect stallions or boosted stallions.

What do you do with all of the colts that dont do well? Is there away for me to look at their pedigree to get an idea of quality?

All others get snipped and auctioned or kept as show ponies if I like them. No, there's no way to tell by looking at pedigree how they'll paper.
