I know in the rules it says that horses listed for sale publicly cannot be reserved for one person:
"When you place a horse for public sale you place it for sale to every one. You may not reserve a public sale for a certain person. Only buddy list sales can be reserved. "

I bought a horse yesterday that was up for public sale very cheaply. Later, I got a message from the person I bought it from saying that it was reserved for another member who is new to the game and needed the horse cheaply, and asked me to return the horse for the purchase price. The person I bought it from has a basic upgrade and the person it was intended for has a free account, which is why the horse wasn't placed up for private sale through a Buddy Chat Room.

I have a premium upgrade, so I could pass the horse along through a Buddy Chat sale (either back to the original owner or the intended owner), but want to make sure that if I do either that it wouldn't be considered abuse of the rules or a suspicious sale. I don't want to get my account banned for acting as an accessory to rule breaking because I am essentially helping facilitate the original reserved sale transfer which was against the rules.

I may be over-thinking it and I want to do the right thing but I just want to make sure I won't get in trouble. Could someone please let me know if this would be allowed and not considered suspicious?
