@StarfireAcres, I cannot guarantee this is the reason but horses with LP all have a degree of varnish, some have more than others. Over time the horse will loss pigment in a way that is different from graying and is not roaning. So if your mare is appearing "more" white as she ages I would guess that it is varnish.

If her entire picture is changing, that could be because she had older graphics and her image was automatically updated which can cause her picture to look completely different. Sort of like a free re-roll.

Her coat only had a splash pattern on her and no bridle now she is all brindle her coat pattern completely changed

In that case, I would say that her image updated. Sometimes a horse does that because Ammit does a great job designing new gene interactions. I don't know how the coding works, but I do know that the site had a global refresh a few months back to update the images to the new art. If you are not particularly fond of her new look you can try re-rolling her image to get one similar to her previous look. :)
