OK so if I have a chestnut base and want to make it a liver. What genes am I changing to achieve the liver? For example, with this stud.

Well, the "SS" should be changed to "StySty", then you have to add DP to it at least once to make it a liver chestnut. IF you want a "Black Chestnut", then you have to add DP twice.
