He is a riding horse, and a color I don't breed for, so I probably wouldn't use him, but really, he is a gorgeous horse. I am concerned about the fact that it says he had 7 foals, but only 3 intact ones are living. It is nice that they are intact, and they are very pretty, as is the sire, and I know you have a free account right now, but if I was evaluating him either on if to breed to him as an outside sire, or to keep him in my own barn as a stallion, I would like to see the foals that didn't make free testing. The ratio of geldings to spayed mares after free testing really helps me when evaluating a stud's quality. He is a gorgeous horse though, I just don't have any of the information I need to say anything more. Good luck, Quaily!

The ratio of geldings to spayed really does not tell you much of anything about his quality. Looking at the PT of altered foals can tell you a lot, but the ratio tells you basically nothing. :)
