Computer guru assistance please.

When I go to the family tab and try to view a horse's offspring the page takes me to a black screen with a tiny white dot in the middle. This is only happening on my home computer. I can log in on any other device and everything works properly. Does anybody know what setting might have been changed to cause this?Jump into the winner's circle on a noble steed.

I am no computer guru but - when in doubt - I always clear the internet history and cookies then restart the computer. This usually solves my problems and is the extent of my computer knowledge. Hopefully someone with a bit more forte will come along to assist you.

I have already tried that. Looking back my Kapersky internet protection just updated the other day and I'm thinking that created the problem, I just can't figure out what to undo. GeekSquad here I come, lol.Jump into the winner's circle on a noble steed. -
Hey JustJump, can you search for horses or does it do the same thing? Wondering because when you click to view offspring it takes you to the search horse place, just with the sire or dam id put in.Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.

However, the culprit turned out to be my "super updated" security program and I had to get help from the pros. Problem now solved YAY!Jump into the winner's circle on a noble steed. -
