Rank Specials and lethal genes?

If I have a horse that is HZ for a lethal gene, can I breed it to another with the same thing, or because the foal is not rank special will the lethal-ness apply?
Also, unrelated, can anyone explain what buddy sales are/where?ID# 2353 -
If you have a horse that is homozygous for a lethal gene, especially this morning's OlwOlw Rank Special, which is homozygous Frame, I would not recommend breeding it to another Rank Special horse of the same kind. All the usual rules for inheriting two copies of this gene will apply to the foals. The foal will definitely inherit Frame from both parents, which means you will get a dead foal every single time.
With the last release of Yule Log Ashes, where the horses carry White 1 and White 2, if both parents have very low white factor, there is a small chance that you may get a live foal.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

If you are upgraded, you can do buddy sales, which are now done on the Chat form. You create a chat room and can put your horses you are selling to the people you are buddy with. You need to add their ID# to your chat room to allow them to pick up the horses. The bell at the top right is how you get to chat rooms, if you are part of a chat, or to create your own chat room.
