  • Woof! I would not know what to do with that many colts. I have too many stallions on my hands already.
  • Me tooooo! :((

I've got colts and stallions stuffed into every nook and cranny of my barns! Until the auction runs tomorrow night I don't even have room in the auction barn to stash them!

(disclaimer: the previous statement is not actually true. I have most of my primary barn available for horses, but I've been in the habit, for so long, of keeping it for temporary horses that I never actually consider it for my keeper horses!)

  • Nice. None of my foals from dancer at least from the mares that stayed in pasture for 30 days did excellent.
  • Ahhhh, the stallion dilemma. Been there done that with my last years GP pastures. I am still gelding.
  • 57? I still have 300 who passed GA, SAT and Consistency from last year that I haven't even looked at! Not to mention still about 60 mares and probably 100 geldings. I'm never going to have a stress free breeding year!
  • If you guys don't like having tons of intact horses, stop using the pastures at full bonus. It's the simple solution. The only making you have so many intact horses is yourselves.
  • I know, I know, but it's the filly roulette i'm after! Crank out them girl babies, you pasture mares!

  • Oh Ammit I'm not really complaining! My real issue is that I need to do all of my breeding in the front half of the season and all of my culling at the back instead of playing catch up like I am! It's my own time management issue!
