Trying to figure this out. Just showed my mares for the week today, and after the first show one of them showed up rather high on the lined horses high point leader board in one of her clubs, and with how she's showing she would likely take top once this second show is over. Is this a reminder to try to get all the showing done before the 27-28 rollover? Still really happy with her regardless. Just trying to figure out the planning for next time. Haha.

Figured it out. Trophies must have gone out on the 28th. Will have to remember that next time. Turns out another horse surprised my too, so I got some awards. Looks like I need to be keeping a better watch on my horses now. Starting to feel legit. LOL

PS, as there are a lot of new players, I thought this is a good place to mention that you need to click the "Check leaderboard status" buttons on your horses control panels to have them eligible for breeding leader boards.

On the PostScript, no you don't. If they are eligible and qualify as top producers, they will turn up on the leader boards. I have more than 2500 breeding horses, most of which are technically eligible for the boards and many of which make it on each month. There is no way I could check leaderboard status on every one.

Cheers that is not correct. Wildland is right. For the breeders the only way to guarantee they are getting on the LB if they have earned it is to check that button. Some make it up on thier own but most horses wont.

"Check LB status" doesn't seem to work in HJ2, that said the game seems to update the LB itself just before trophies go out. It's always done that, and nothing seems to have changed that I've noticed. HJ1 however seems completely different. I'm not sure the LB is ever automatically updated there? Obviously a lot more horses though. And yes you have to click the Check LB status button to get on there. I like the way HJ2 does it...

No I turned off the update before trophies go out because that trashes the board.

If there is a bug going on with the button it should be reported. ;)

And yes obliviously automatically updating would be better. But it doesn't work properly because there is so many horses. I don't have a solution for it yet. :)
