What's the highest generation?
-
Just wondering , what generation does everyone stop breeding at? I've decided not to go over 7g as its hard to find higher gens , but I'm just wondering what the highest gen everyone has bred to and what gen they will breed to :)
-
I had gen 8s before I sold down to focus on quality at the lower gens. I will keep breeding up as long as I am seeing an improvement in my lines.
A quick scan of the Era 0 breeders club shows gen 9 and 10 stallions on the leaderboard, so you could certainly be sure there are gen 11s running around in some of the old barns. -
I have a few even and uneven 11 and 12 gens in my barns currently.

@stunner holy cow!that's high
I personally am with cheers. I have 7th and don't plan on breeding much high than there foals (8th)
I will probably sell most of their foals as extra profit to feed my hoard of smaller gens----
Barn ID 4953 -
Color, hold on to those upper gen foals as show ponies. They will be better show horses than your lower gen foals.
-
I also hold onto my higher gen horses as show ponies. I make a big show bonus off of them, so the higher gens usually get me points longer than the lower gens.
