The only way to know if a mare (who has passed the best testing you have access to) will be a decent breeder is to breed her. Using the best stallions you can get your hands on and taking advantage of the pasture bonus will both boost the quality of the foals produced.
That said, the third mare will never make a decent show horse. She's already leveled off and will never make you any money as a show pony. If you are able to, I would give her a couple seasons living in the pasture and re-evaluate based on the quality of her babies. Some horses are just duds across the board, others are show ring failures and amazing moms.
If you cannot stash foundation mares in pastures, I would consider dumping the last mare and replacing her with a mare from Owner 13. All of those horses are perfect foundations (whether they come from the herd helper or not) and Owner 13 should always be your first stop if you're looking for a batch of generic foundation mares.Thanked by 1jezmynespice1 -
yea she horrified poor Doris lol i felt so bad, i was like sorry and cringed a little from embarrassment, and ive bred these mares before in the pasture and all the foals got gelded and spayed, they've been in the pasture ever since, so if that happens again this season ill toss them, specially the last mare and definitely give owner 13 a look :-)Celestial Performance Horses

I usually give all my really low PT mares their three foals, then paper them. I have had a few mares in the past that even papered red, and were excellent breeders. I show all my young horses, so even though the foals the mares have produced so far were gelded or spayed, the three mares could produce good show horses for you to get show point bonus from. I agree with Cheers on putting them in pasture for the pasture bonus also.Thanked by 1jezmynespice1

thank you guys for your advice, im definitely going to give them a chance to improve, the one bay mare has a colt by my stars and stripes stud who papered B with a PT score of 9.5 so definitely some room for improvement there :)Celestial Performance Horses
