Mare Breedable at 20?

So I bred this colt from a straw (and just picked his dam's name from a list) and once I went to her page, I realized she's 20. I thought breeding cutoff was before 19? Is it possible that isn't put into effect until you open/refresh the dam's page after she's aged that far?

I'm not positive but I think its just live cover because I have a mare thats 23 I think and I can still breed her using a straw.
