How would I contact a moderated to get back one of my accounts?

I was locked out of one of my accounts because I responded to a message someone sent me. I did nothing wrong and I violated no rules. How would I go about on contacting a moderator to get that account back? Thanks.

Your accounts where locked because you own 9 and are allowed to own only 3 per the rules. You can send me a message (instructions in my signature) and tell me which 3 accounts you want, but you can only keep three total.
